The purpose of the SSP is to create a sustainable sales culture by focusing on the sales leadership team and the sales team members themselves.

In order to recognise prior learning and other past and current initiatives within the organisation, we enter discussions and dialogue with the leadership team members and also members of the sales team.

From this consultation, the components of the programme, are drawn from topics which include:
