Supervisor Leadership Development Workshops

These robust, engaging and personalised leadership development programmes are designed to increase the individual and collective effectiveness of the leadership team involved, resulting in an improvement in personal performance and business success.

For some, this will be a “top up or remeasure” or refining of their leadership skills, who may have previously had some 360 feedback. For others, who may be at team leader, supervisor or manager level, this may be the first time they have received any feedback on their leadership style and techniques that they currently employ. The appropriate programme including length and structure is created to match the corresponding level of development.

Benchmarked against other Australian managers and leaders, the leaders will:

  • Participate in a self-assessment survey,
  • Be involved with assessment from their peers/ higher-level manager,
  • And a survey assessment from their direct report/ staff.

Resulting from this, the leader will receive written feedback on their individual strengths and development opportunities, including strategies and techniques they may choose to apply to become more effective. (10 key strategies and techniques are provided as well as the Positive/ Negative bias for the individual and team).

Results and findings are presented one on one for individual results and in the group setting for overall team findings.

These results and development plans can be complemented and supported by coaching programes, either one on one or in a group setting.
