Sara is a Human Capital professional who specialises in talent management, executive coaching, leadership development, career transition, HR strategy and psychometric assessment. 
She has nearly twenty years experience in both organisational development and senior HR management roles across a wide range of major international companies based in Australia, the UK, the US and France.  Previous employers include Deloitte, Telefonica, Universal Music Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Zurich Insurance, AT&T and Dun & Bradstreet (Moody’s Investors Service).
