Our range of offerings and programmes in this area are driven by the stage of development of the team, time available and other initiatives the organization may have underway.

Creating the alignment in thinking styles, aligning the leadership styles and behaviours of the leaders and of the team to create a more sustainable team/ corporate culture is the common goal of these workshops. How we get there is tailored for each client.

This can also include outdoor learning components if desired/ appropriate.

Using the Group Styles Inventory to accurately portray the level of teamwork present allows for robust discussion and contemplation, causing action plans.
