Merging two corporate cultures in often compared to expecting two different computer software programmes to talk and work together. They both have very different ideas and “ways of doing business” and require work in the organisational alignment/ organisational corporate culture areas.

More and more companies investing in the other companies or entities realise the true value of the company they are buying or merging with, lies in the people/ staff and their preparedness to adapt and change.
