Working with such a diverse range of personnel (from staff/ operators) to semi skilled to skilled trades people to team leaders to managers and professionals to Chief Executives and Board members/ owners has also ensured a continuous improvement mindset also resides within Meelup Management itself.

Chris believes that most people, whether at the individual, team or collective corporate level are capable and keen to develop and/ or change, provided they are treated with respect, shown in which ways to develop and supported on the way. This often starts by moving from unaware and unable to aware- but not quite sure how…..Meelup assists with this “how”.
